Radhikaji,  Teacher of the Samaya Srividya, Founder THATfirst, Author

Radhikaji is the author of Mastering Pranayama – From Breathing Techniques to Kundalini Awakening, an authoritative book on the subject of breathing and energy practices. The book is available as an ebook on all Amazon sites. It is also available as a paperback on Amazon stores in the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.

Though Radhikaji has been teaching Yoga, Advaita and Samaya Srividya since 1992, she founded THATfirst  in 2009. THATfirst is a small but international organisation with students in India, Germany, UK, USA, Brazil, Dubai, Australia and many other countries across the globe.

Radhikaji, also called Ma by her students, teaches in satsang gatherings in Germany and retreats in India. She regularly leads meetings on different subjects such as pranayama, yoga meditation, the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, among other topics.

Radhikaji has designed and leads the Yoga Learning Program (YLP) for those who want to learn about Yoga in depth from the perspective of a meditative Tradition. The YLP is not an academic learning program; the studies are to be understood within the framework of direct experience through meditation. Radhikaji also has a Mentoring Program for those who want to have direct, personal guidance on the path of wisdom and self knowledge. Participation in the YLP is a pre-requisite for those wishing to join the Mentoring Program.

The Awakening

Great teachers awaken us in different ways and forms. Radhikaji was privileged to be awakened by Swami Rama already as an infant in Mumbai in the late sixties and once again in 1994. After many profound and intense spiritual experiences throughout her childhood, Radhikaji attained Savikalpa Samadhi in August 1992. For over a period of four months she experienced the divine bliss. She spent the next nine years until 2001 establishing herself as an adept. Since 1998 she has been teaching in the lineage of Swami Rama.

Radhikaji was born in Mumbai in 1966 into a Gujarati Jain family. She studied Economics at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati and German fluently. She also speaks Marathi and has a basic knowledge of Sanskrit. Based near Frankfurt/Main she travels between India and Germany.
