Radhikaji was invited to the Leadership Practice Week at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar where she spoke on the topic "Yoga Values and Leadership."

The average person so completely associates Yoga with some form of gymnastics that little is known about the lofty values of Yoga. Yoga is the science of life and the art of living.

Success in the material world as well as a life based on values are necessary

The wisdom which emerged out of the experiments on life and living is beautifully captured in ancients scriptures such as Upanishads, Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita, and inspired great leaders such as M.K.Gandhi. These lofty ideals also influenced great writers such as Thoreau and Hesse, philosophers such as Kant and Nietzsche and many political leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela.

A short video presented at the 90 minute lecture and discussion at the Otto Beisheim School of Management captured the essence of the sublime Yoga philosophy and offers an alternative to the conventional approach to success in life.
