Workshop Details

All 1-day workshops are conducted by Radhika Shah-Grouven personally. Radhika narrates wonderful tales of great Masters from India and integrates her amazing Yoga Meditation journey into the workshop. Radhika is best known for making Yoga Meditation simple to understand and easy to practice.

You will be introduced to a very systematic practice which you can use from day 1 after the workshop. The workshop will cover the entire system of practices as well as the basic background to give you a complete understanding of the process of Yoga Meditation including:

Preparatory poses
Energy practices
Breathing techniques
Meditative and Contemplative practices
Kundalini practices

9.45 a.m onwards arrival
10 -11 a.m. Interactive discussion: Steps of a single Yoga Meditation session
11- 12 noon First Yoga Meditation session
12 noon Lunch Break
1-2 p.m. Yoga Lab
2-3.30  p.m Second Yoga Meditation Session
