Seminar Details

All 2-day seminars are conducted by Radhika Shah-Grouven personally. Radhika narrates wonderful tales of great Masters from India and integrates her amazing Yoga Meditation journey into the workshop. Radhika is best known for making Yoga Meditation simple to understand and easy to practice.

You will be introduced to a very systematic practice which you can use from day 1 after the seminar. The seminar will cover the entire system of practices as well as the basic background to give you a complete understanding of the process of meditation.
